Hello there, bookish friends!
This first week of ARC August went very well if I do say so myself. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this week, but I really have very high expectations for myself.
I know myself pretty well though, so I made a sort of bargain with myself: for every book that I read from that list, I get to read another ARC that isn't there. A few of these ARCs are books I've previously requested as part of a blog tour for August (or even September), while others are older ARCs. The other 2 books I read are It Seemed Like A Good Idea At The Time and Xena: Penance. Which brings my total to 4 ARCs.
Now, I also read Lexi Blake's Master No and I initially thought it counted in my ARC August readings, since I received it from the author, but now I'm not 100% sure it does, since I don't think it's an ARC, but a finished copy, which is why I've decided to take it off the Bingo board and stay with 4 ARCs just to be sure.
Now to take a little bit of time off from reading and write reviews, and then it's back to ARC reading *smiles*
